Jason has nearly two decades of experience as a counselor and coach helping people reach their desired potential!

As a rehabilitation counselor he has worked in a variety of private and public sector organizations, including the brain injury unit of a rehabilitation hospital, a state-level psychiatric hospital, a rescue mission, and a state vocational rehabilitation agency. As a social worker he has experience in a community substance use treatment program and a faith-based nonprofit clinic. He has coached and counseled people with a wide variety of disabilities and has worked with youth, teenagers, and adults of all ages.   

He is also no stranger to disability, personally. Jason was born with albinism and low vision and knows personally what it’s like to navigate and overcome the challenges that living with a disability presents.
