 Social Security to Work | Scheduling 

For Current Participants

  • Select the desired schedule: 1 (Regular Hours), or 2 (Evening Hours). Please only use the evening schedule if you are working and you are unable to meet during day hours, or when we have agreed to an evening appointment for another reason.
  • Select the desired appointment length: 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
  • For video appointments, a separate email will be provided with your appointment time that will also include connection instructions.
  • Please read the updated Communication Policy before scheduling. You must agree to the terms by checking the required box when scheduling your appointment.
  • Please do not use email or text messaging for scheduling or cancellations.
  • Please keep and use your appointment confirmation email to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before appointments. The Cancel/Reschedule button is at the bottom of the confirmation email.
  • Cancelation within 24 hours of appointments requires a phone call to (716) 462-6296 with a valid reason. If no answer, please leave a message and I will return your call.
