For Current Participants
- Select the desired schedule: 1 (Regular Hours), or 2 (Evening Hours). Please only use the evening schedule if you are working and you are unable to meet during day hours, or when we have agreed to an evening appointment for another reason.
- Select the desired appointment length.
- Please read the updated Communication Policy before scheduling. You must agree to the terms by checking the required box when scheduling your appointment.
- Cancelations and rescheduling may be made up to 24 hours before appointments. To cancel or reschedule, using the Cancel/Reschedule button in your appointment confirmation email, or send a text message to, or call (716) 462-6296.
- Cancelations within 24 hours of appointments require a phone call to (716) 462-6296 with a valid reason. If no answer, please leave a message and I will return your call.
